I love to read and help others become better reader. Helping others realizing their career aspirations is another of my passion. Currently I teach Careers and Organization behavior. I have completed FPM (fellow program in management – equivalent to Ph.D.) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
My areas of research and practice interest are careers, calling, Karma Yoga, and consulting/entrepreneurship.
